Our Mission
The mission of our publishing house is to collect, preserve and bring to people scientifically based information on how to improve health through physical exercise, how to improve your body through sports, how to win and do the impossible, overcome yourself, and recover from various diseases. The publishing house is focused on disseminating information about natural patterns, on the ultimate expediency and harmony of nature. In the harmony of nature, there is both a source of health, and the natural science of winning, including in sports, and a force that gives impetus and the ability to overcome illness with the help of the most natural thing that a person has: it is movement.

Zhanneta L. Kozina is a doctor of sciences in physical education and sports (2011), professor (2012), head of the department of Olympic and professional sport, sports games and tourism of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University (since 2011), member of the International Academy of Sciences of Children and Youth Tourism (since 2014), corresponding member of the International Academy of Sciences of Pedagogical Education (since 2013), author of more than 550 scientific and scientific-methodological works in the field of pedagogy and of physical culture and sports, including 7 monographs, 14 textbooks, 19 patents, 16 author’s certificates (2009-2020)., she is the cited author in Scopus and Web of Science databases. Professional title – award of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine: «Excellence in Education» in Ukraine. Editor-in-Chief of the journal Health, Soprt, Rehabilitation, which is included in various scientific metric databases, including the Scopus database. Organizer of the international conference Health-saving technologies, rehabilitation and physical therapy (since 2008), editor-in-chief of the journal Health Technologies.
Zhanneta L. Kozina was a research supervisor of 16 Doctor of Philosophy of physical education and pedagogical sciences (2007-2021). More than 50 times she was an opponent of doctoral dissertations and Doctor of Philosophy dissertations (sinсe 2007). Five times she was awarded the certificate of honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for preparing the winners of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in natural, technical, and humanitarian sciences (2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011).
Kozina Zh.L. — an innovator in the field of sports science, physical education, rehabilitation. On the basis of the fundamental laws of nature, in particular — on the basis of the laws of development of self-organizing systems, she substantiated and experimentally proved the principles of an individual approach in support, physical education and rehabilitation. Co-author of a unique technology for strengthening health and integral development of people at different stages of life, which combines Eastern and Western approaches to physical exercises, includes exercises that are performed with the whole body to poetic lines about nature.
Member of specialized scientific councils for the defense of dissertations. From 2006, she managed scientific topics of the «Consolidated plan of scientific research work in the field of physical education and sports» of the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Education and Culture of Youth Sports of Ukraine. In 2013-2014, 2015-2016, 2017-2018, and 2019-2020, she was the head of 5 scientific topics of health promotion through exercise, life sciences, and information technology funded by the state budget (grants from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine).
From 1980 to 1987 she was a professional athlete (basketball, Central Sports Club of the Army, Moscow and Burevestnik, Moskow). Graduated with honors from the State Central Institute of Physical Culture Order of Lenin (1987, Moscow). Doctor of Philosophy (pedagogy — 2000, physical education and sports — 2003).
